DAC Developers Pvt. Ltd., backed by a strategic partnership with Yubi Group, opens its new satellite office on Chennai's Old Mahabalipuram Road. The launch coincides with upcoming residential projects like DAC Cambridge and DAC Silicon Valley Phase 3, signaling growth in Chennai's premium residential sector.

Chennai's Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR) stands to gain from DAC Developers Pvt. Ltd.'s latest strategic move, as the company inaugurates its new satellite office in the bustling residential and IT corridor. Graced by Mr. Gaurav Kumar, CEO of Yubi Group, and DAC's founder, Mr. Sathish Kumar Santhanam, the event highlights their fruitful collaboration.

The partnership has already facilitated INR 66 crore in funding through two key transactions in Chennai and is now set for further expansion through a proposed INR 250 crore platform to support land acquisitions over the next year. This pivotal moment for DAC also sees the unveiling of DAC Cambridge, an English-themed residential project designed to emulate the elegance of Cambridge, England.

Additionally, DAC Developers continues to maintain a robust presence on OMR with projects such as DAC Prathyangira, DAC Napa Valley, and the villa communities DAC Silicon Valley and DAC Santa Clara.
