Paramatrix Solidifies Stake in Metasys to Enhance Global IT Capabilities

Paramatrix Technologies Limited has increased its stake in Metasys Software to 76% as part of its strategic expansion. This acquisition aligns the two companies for stronger collaboration and positions Paramatrix to enhance its global presence in the digital IT services market.

In a strategic move to bolster its global capabilities, Paramatrix Technologies Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of an additional 25% equity stake in Metasys Software Private Limited. This acquisition increases Paramatrix's ownership to 76% and highlights the company's confidence in Metasys' expertise in custom application development.

The recently completed transaction is part of a phased acquisition strategy designed to ensure a seamless integration of Metasys as a subsidiary. With a focus on technologies like Microsoft .NET, FileMaker, iOS, PHP, and React, Metasys serves a global clientele spread across North America, Europe, and South-East Asia.

According to Paramatrix's Founder and CEO Mukesh Thumar, this acquisition marks a pivotal step in enhancing delivery capabilities and deepening customer engagement across key markets. Paramatrix reported a consolidated total income of ₹32.57 Cr for FY26, underscoring the company's robust financial health.
