Qantas' Sydney-London to be first "Project Sunrise" ultra-long-haul flight
Qantas announced its 'Project Sunrise' ultra-long-haul service, a non-stop Sydney-London flight, set to launch in October 2027 on modified Airbus A350 jets.

Australian airline Qantas said on Wednesday a non-stop Sydney-London connection will be the first ultra-long flight under its ‘Project Sunrise’.
The service will start in October 2027 on modified Airbus A350 jets, CEO Vanessa Hudson said during a launch ceremony held in Toulouse, France.
