Alorica sets up Bengaluru office as part of its strategic expansion programme

Alorica, a multinational customer experience solution company, Wednesday announced setting up its office here. The company set up shop here as part of its strategic expansion programme to meet the demand for digital, cognitive and robotic process management services, the chief transformation officer of Alorica Bhaskar Menon said at a press conference.

Besides, the company was looking towards housing a team here that was focussed on exploring and trendsetting new technologies in this high-competitive marketplace, he said. Alorica, at present, has about 75 staff in the city and would have about 300 people by this year-end, Menon said adding that it intends to further expand the number of employees.
