The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court on Wednesday issued a directive to the National Testing Agency (NTA) to produce the original academic records of Aayushi Patel, a student claiming her NEET result remains undeclared due to an allegedly torn OMR sheet.

Justice Rajesh Singh Chauhan, presiding over a vacation bench, set the next hearing date for June 18. The directive came in response to a writ petition filed by Patel, who alleged the NTA had failed to declare her NEET result and demanded manual evaluation of her OMR sheet.

In court, the NTA contested Patel's claims by presenting the original OMR sheet, scorecard, and attendance sheet. During proceedings, discrepancies were found in the application numbers on Patel's documents, prompting the court to order both parties to submit original records at the next hearing.
