It also noted that the practice has not been uniformly conducted across schools in the region.

In addition to this mandate, the department suggested incorporating guest speakers and creating awareness on environmental issues and the dangers of drug use as part of the morning assemblies. These steps are part of a 16-step guideline aimed at enhancing the overall morning assembly experience.
