Asaduddin Owaisi Slams Modi Government Over UGC-NET Paper Leak

AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government after the UGC-NET exam was cancelled due to a paper leak. Following a similar NEET scam, Owaisi questioned the capability of the government in conducting exams and the measures being taken to prevent such leaks in the future.

AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi, on Thursday, launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government, accusing it of failing to successfully conduct even a single examination. This criticism follows the cancellation of the UGC-NET exam due to allegations of a compromised paper leak.

Owaisi, the Hyderabad MP, voiced his concerns on social media platform 'X', citing the cancellation of the UGC-NET exam as the latest in a series of examination security breaches, including the NEET scam. He highlighted that 41 instances of question paper leaks have disrupted job opportunities for 1.4 crore youth in 15 states, questioning whether these leaks are being used as an excuse for not providing jobs.

He further criticized the government's lack of transparency on rescheduling exams and demanded compensation for the 10 lakh students who had taken the UGC-NET. Amidst the ongoing controversy, the Union Education Ministry has canceled the UGC-NET and initiated a CBI investigation after concerns about the exam's integrity were raised.
