Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin launched a scathing attack on the BJP-led Central Government on Monday, questioning its readiness to revert education to the state list of the Constitution—a status changed during the Emergency era.

Speaking in Tiruvallur, Stalin accused the Union government of repeatedly highlighting the Emergency period in the Parliament while ignoring more constructive actions, such as decentralizing education.

Criticizing NEET and NEP, the Chief Minister reaffirmed Tamil Nadu's commitment to opposing these policies and emphasized the state's efforts to ensure educational welfare. He called on students to remain focused on their studies, labeling education as an irreplaceable asset.
