TeamLease EdTech Partners with Kerala Government for Skill Development

TeamLease EdTech has partnered with the Kerala government to address skill requirements and employability challenges in the state. The collaboration aims to design and implement Work Linked Degree Programs, Credit Linked Diplomas, and Certificates to bridge the skill gap and enhance employability.

TeamLease EdTech announced on Tuesday a strategic partnership with the Kerala government focused on addressing the state's skill requirements and employability challenges.

This collaboration will see the rollout of Work Linked Degree Programs, along with Credit Linked Diploma and Certificate initiatives, specifically tailored to bolster Kerala's economy.

Shantanu Rooj, Founder and CEO of TeamLease EdTech, emphasized that the partnership aims to bridge the skill gap and enhance employability by integrating work experience with academic learning. This effort is expected to empower students with skills and knowledge essential for career success. K-DISC Member Secretary P V Unnikrishnan added that the alliance will provide industry-oriented education and training to significantly boost youth employability.
