The Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH) has been launched as a transformative digital platform aimed at enhancing India's skills, education, employment, and entrepreneurship sectors. As detailed by Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Shri Jayant Chaudhary in a written reply to the Rajya Sabha, SIDH is set to become a pivotal Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) for career advancement and lifelong learning.

SIDH serves as a comprehensive gateway for accessing industry-relevant skill courses, job opportunities, and entrepreneurship support. It integrates various public and private stakeholders into a unified digital ecosystem, offering a scalable and interoperable infrastructure that supports resource access, delivery, and management. This digital platform is designed to prepare the Indian workforce for Industry 4.0 by offering cutting-edge courses on Big Data, Machine Learning, and Analytics through partnerships with leading digital learning providers.

Key features of SIDH include futuristic courses such as Python with Advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI Foundations, Generative AI, Supervised Learning, Data Analytics Essentials, Cybersecurity Essentials, and more. The platform also offers specialized training for emerging fields like Kisan Drone Operation, EV Service Technician, and Bio-waste Management.
