The Shikshagraha Awards 2025, presented by The Shibulal Family Philanthropic Initiatives (SFPI), recognized four remarkable leaders whose innovative efforts have reshaped education in their communities. The awards, part of InvokED 4.0, India's leading education dialogue organized by ShikshaLokam under the SFPI, highlighted those who have dismantled systemic barriers and fostered educational equity.
Among the honorees were Rajitha N, who improved early childhood education in Karnataka's tribal areas, and Ranjan Kumar, who transformed a struggling school in Bihar into a model institution. Xavier Chandra Kumar and Muskan Ahirwar also received acclaim for their substantial contributions to educational reforms. Each winner will receive INR 10 lakh to further their initiatives.
At the dialogue, educational leaders emphasized the need for collective action to tackle India's education challenges, including high dropout rates and learning gaps. The event underscored the importance of community engagement in driving educational change and coordinated multi-sector efforts at achieving education equity.
