In a pivotal development for hospitality education, Pride Hotels Ltd. and the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) have inked a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The agreement establishes the 'DREAM Program,' which combines Pride Hotels' industry expertise with IIHM's educational prowess to prepare next-generation hospitality leaders.

The MOU involves a robust framework for both academic and professional advancement, offering an Advanced Certification in Hotel Administration co-awarded by IIHM and Pride Hotels. Trainees will participate in extensive training modules, complete with significant real-world exposure through internships and masterclasses facilitated by senior management from Pride Hotels.

Dr. Suborno Bose, Chairman of IIHM, highlighted the collaboration's significance, likening it to Prime Minister Modi's vision of double-engine growth. This partnership, he stated, is a strategic move to groom the vital talent pool required for the hospitality sector's growth and sustainability.
