Sai University's Convocation Celebrates Global Standards with Indian Values

Sai University's Second Convocation Ceremony celebrated the graduates of 2024, blending traditional Indian cultural values with global education standards. Honoris Causa Doctorates were awarded to Shri Ashank Desai and Prof. Sankar Kumar Pal for their contributions to IT and AI. The event highlighted Sai University's mission as a multidisciplinary educational leader.

Chennai hosted a grand convocation ceremony at Sai University, celebrating the achievements of the graduating class of 2024. The ceremony, held on October 24, emphasized the university's commitment to blending global educational excellence with Indian cultural traditions.

The event was graced by Chief Guest Shri Ashank Desai, Founder and Chairman of Mastek Ltd., and other distinguished guests, who joined in celebrating the graduates from various schools such as Arts and Sciences, Computing and Data Science, and Law.

Notably, Sai University conferred Doctor of Science degrees (Honoris Causa) to Shri Ashank Desai and Prof. Sankar Kumar Pal for their groundbreaking contributions in their respective fields. Vice Chancellor Prof. Ajith Abraham's presentation highlighted the University's research and international collaboration strides, as 50 students received degrees, including those with international study experiences.
