One killed in Ukrainian attack on Luhansk dormitory building, RIA says

One ​person ‌was killed ​and 35 were wounded in ‌an overnight attack on the Luhansk region of eastern ‌Ukraine, RIA state news ‌agency cited emergency services as saying on Friday.

"Last night, ⁠a ​dormitory ⁠building housing 86 students collapsed ⁠after a massive drone ​strike on the Starobilsk ⁠College of Luhansk Pedagogical University," ⁠local ​emergency services said, adding that rescuers have ⁠so far pulled three people ⁠from the ⁠rubble.
