One Piece Chapter 1020 is on break, more focus on Kaido vs Yamato, Zoro backs in action

The Japanese manga, One Piece Chapter 1020 will be on a hiatus on coming Sunday because of Olympics in Japan. It will release after a gap of one week. Therefore the spoilers, leak, and raw scan will also be delayed for a week.

According to an insider, One Piece Chapter 1020 would release on August 1, 2021, and the raw scans would surface beside July 29, reported IBT.

The previous chapter shows the severe fight between Franky and Sasaki. While, several incidents took place before including intense fights between the father and the son - Kaido vs. Yamato, Vinsmoke Sanji vs Queen the Plague, and more. Besides, Zeus has got a ticket to become a new member of the Straw Hats after joining Nami. They defeat Ulti.

Sasaki’s troops are defeated now. Franky can take on the Tobiroppo one-on-one. Besides, One Piece Chapter 1019 also highlighted Zoro, who has taken an injection to recover quickly. As well Straw Hat and Luffy recover and find themselves inside the Heart Pirates submarine after he wakes up. Luffy has asked for meat from Law's crew. Although it is unclear, whether Luffy will be back in action in One Piece Chapter 1020 but it might show Zoro back in action.

Meanwhile, the fight between Franky and Sasaki begins. For a long time, we haven’t seen any updates on Black Maria vs Robin and Brook. Hopefully, One Piece Chapter 1020 would cover the fighting between Robin and Tobi Roppo's Black Maria.

One Piece Chapter 1020 may also highlight a glimpse of fighting between Kaido and Yamato and more on Yamato’s Devil Fruit and his Devil form. In the last installment, during the battle of Jinbei vs Whos Who, Shanks was cursed by Who’s Who for steeling Gomu Gomu no Mi. However, his plan didn't work out since Luffy uses the Devil's fruit before Shanks got it. But Shanks didn't punish Luffy as he likes him.

Besides, while Who’s Who was in jail, he had a flashback and heard the Legendary Warrior story called Sun God. After listening to the story he got motivated to survive inside the jail.

Fans could also get updates on the fight between Sanji and Queen the Plague in the upcoming installment. One Piece Chapter 1020 would also provide updates on Otama, Nami, and Usopp.
