Defence Minister Urges Citizens to Participate in 'Har Ghar Tiranga' Campaign

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has called upon citizens to participate in the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign with enthusiasm to celebrate Independence Day. This nationwide initiative, encouraged by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, asks citizens to hoist the national flag and share selfies online to spread the spirit of patriotism.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has urged citizens to join the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign with the same enthusiasm as in previous years to commemorate Independence Day.

Using a post on social media platform X, Singh shared a video and highlighted the significant public participation in the campaign initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

'On the call of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, people from across India have actively participated in the #HarGharTiranga campaign over the past two years,' he said, encouraging citizens to hoist the national flag at their homes between August 9 and August 15, and to share selfies on the campaign's official website.
