Released on August 2, the film competes with 'Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha,' starring Tabu and Ajay Devgn. Despite the competition, 'Ulajh' managed to cross the Rs 7.2 crore mark, according to Sacnilk.
Directed by Sudhanshu Saria, 'Ulajh' is produced by Junglee Pictures and distributed by Pen Studios. The film's plot follows the life of a young Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer facing challenges in both her career and personal life. The cast includes Roshan Mathew, Adil Hussain, Rajesh Tailang, Meiyang Chang, Rajendra Gupta, and Jitendra Joshi.
Janhvi Kapoor's last film was 'Mr and Mrs Mahi' opposite Rajkummar Rao, and she is set to appear next in 'Devara: Part 1,' directed by Koratala Siva, along with Jr. NTR and Saif Ali Khan. The film is scheduled for release on September 27.
