According to Kaushambi Circle Officer Abhishek Singh, the tragic event occurred in Paschim Sarira town on Thursday as Kiran Devi was collecting dried clothes from her rooftop.

Singh reported that a sudden appearance of monkeys caused Kiran Devi to panic, resulting in her slipping and falling. Despite her family's efforts to rush her to a nearby hospital, she was declared dead upon arrival. Authorities have sent her body for a post mortem examination.
