Amrit Udyan: A Garden of Wonders at Rashtrapati Bhavan

Amrit Udyan in Rashtrapati Bhavan will open for public viewing from Friday, offering attractions like a stone abacus, sound pipe, and music wall. Visitors will receive eco-friendly seed papers. The garden, inaugurated by President Murmu, spans 15 acres and features unique experiences for children and the differently-abled.

The famed Amrit Udyan inside Rashtrapati Bhavan, known for its stone abacus, sound pipe, and music wall, opens to the public from Friday. These attractions aim to engage children and foster a love for learning and nature.

Visitors will receive 'seed papers,' infused with Tulsi seeds, promoting eco-friendly practices. President Murmu will inaugurate the garden, which will remain open for viewing until September 15th, from 10 am to 6 pm daily, except Mondays.

Special efforts have been made to make the garden accessible and enjoyable for differently-abled visitors. The Amrit Udyan spans 15 acres and includes vertical gardens and a children's garden featuring a 225-year-old sheesham tree and treehouse.
