Bollywood and Politicians to Compete in DPM Indian Stars League

Actors Suniel Shetty, Sonu Sood, actor-politicians Manoj Tiwari and Ravi Kishan, along with other celebrities, will participate in the DPM Indian Stars League cricket event in September. The tournament will feature Bollywood and political figures in teams competing at the Dr Arun Jaitley Stadium.

In a star-studded affair, actors Suniel Shetty and Sonu Sood, along with actor-politicians Manoj Tiwari and Ravi Kishan, are set to compete in a cricket event in September. The DPM Indian Stars League, organized by DPM Group, will be held at the Dr Arun Jaitley Stadium, as announced by organizers on Tuesday.

The tournament will feature two teams, Bollywood Tigers and NCR Lions, featuring a mix of film stars, politicians, and bureaucrats. Shivanshu Mishra, founder of DPM Group, stated that the league aims to explore new concepts by blending state-wise teams with diverse participants.

Manoj Tiwari, a BJP MP and notable Bhojpuri actor-singer, expressed his excitement for the league, emphasizing the blend of entertainment and sports. The event also sees the participation of singer-musician Harmeet Singh, TV stars Shabir Ahluwalia, and Jay Bhanushali. Raja Bherwani highlighted the thrilling combination of cinema and cricket in this unique initiative.
