The ruling by Justices Siddhartha Verma and Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra, issued on Wednesday, emphasizes the importance of proper crowd management to ensure the safety of devotees. The district magistrate is instructed to comply with the directions of the civil judge regarding the installation of CCTV cameras and barricades.

The Uttar Pradesh government's counsel informed the court that the district administration will manage the flow of devotees by installing barriers inside the temple to prevent overcrowding. Further plans include developing the temple area into a corridor and acquiring surrounding land to enhance facilities for devotees, while protecting the rights of the traditional priests' family.
