In the Umaria district, two family members were killed and a third was injured when a private bus collided with their two-wheeler on the Umaria-Shahpura road, approximately 10 km from the district headquarters. Local officials identified the deceased as Narbad Singh and his 17-year-old grandson Ganesh, while Narbad's granddaughter, Phula Bai (18), sustained injuries and is currently receiving medical treatment.

Meanwhile, in Raisen district, Abhishek Lodhi (22) and Neelesh Lodhi (20), both cousins, suffered fatal injuries after their motorcycle crashed into an electricity pole near Deewanganj.
