Subedar Vineesh, the personal assistant to Brigadier Kunwar Ranjeev Singh, Commandant of the Dogra Regimental Centre, was discovered dead at his Cantonment area residence on Monday, according to police reports.

Police officials stated that the 48-year-old was found hanging, and they suspect that depression resulting from a series of phone calls might have led to his apparent suicide.

Shailendra Singh, Police Circle Officer (Faizabad), revealed that Vineesh's wife had filed a complaint mentioning his depressive state due to phone calls received over the past week. Although no further details were provided, authorities are actively investigating the call log for more clues.
