The Mumbai police have apprehended a 20-year-old individual from Noida, Uttar Pradesh, allegedly for issuing a death threat to Bollywood icon Salman Khan and Nationalist Congress Party leader Zeeshan Siddique. This arrest was made public by a police official on Tuesday.

The threat was reportedly communicated on Zeeshan Siddique’s helpline and involved both a message and a call targeting Siddique and Khan, originating on Friday. Authorities, with the backing of technological evidence, detained the suspect from Noida on Monday. The accused is now en route to Mumbai for further investigation.

The call at the center of the incident was directed at the public relations office of Siddique, situated in Bandra East. The incident has sparked additional interest as Zeeshan's father was murdered, with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claiming responsibility. Ties between the NCP leader and Salman Khan were cited as potential motives.
