Celebrated actor Kamal Haasan has decided to drop honorary titles, including 'Ulaga Nayagan', and instead wants to be called simply by his name or initials, KH.
Haasan, who is also the president of the political party Makkal Needhi Maiam, expressed his enduring gratitude for the affectionate titles given by fans and peers, a gesture he described as humbling.
Asserting the importance of remaining grounded and self-aware, Haasan encouraged fans, media, and the film industry to refer to him as Kamal Haasan, Kamal, or KH, reflecting his belief that artists should not be placed above their art.
