His visit coincides with the anticipated release of 'Chhaava', a Hindi period drama showcasing Kaushal as Maratha warrior Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj paired alongside Rashmika Mandanna as Maharani Yesubai. 'Chhaava' is set to hit theaters on Friday, directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Maddock Films.

In preparation for the film's release, Kaushal and Mandanna embarked on a pilgrimage, visiting spiritual sites including the Golden Temple in Amritsar and Shirdi Sai Baba Temple, among others. The journey underscores the actor's commitment to embracing both his on-screen and off-screen personas.
