Kochi Marathon Goes Green with Circular Economy Focus

The Federal Bank Kochi Marathon saw 8,000 runners participating in various categories, including Full Marathon and Green Run, promoting sustainability and inclusivity. Winners in different categories were recognized, and the event was championed by notable dignitaries, aligning with Kerala's sustainable future vision.

The Federal Bank Kochi Marathon, held at Marine Drive, Kochi, attracted 8,000 runners competing across inclusive and environmentally-focused race categories, in line with Kerala’s green ambitions.

Marathon categories included Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10 km Competitive Run, and the unique 3 km Green Run. Inclusivity was emphasized with a category for differently-abled participants.

Winners of the event were celebrated in a ceremony featuring dignitaries such as Justice Devan Ramachandran and others, as the marathon emphasized sustainability and supported Kerala’s clean and green future vision.
