Acclaimed actor Vivek Oberoi, alongside his family, made a spiritual pilgrimage to Mahakumbh 2025 in Prayagraj on Thursday. They joined millions of fervent devotees in taking a holy dip at Triveni Sangam, a sacred confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers, during one of the world's largest religious gatherings.
Earlier, actor Vicky Kaushal visited Mahakumbh 2025, coinciding with the impending release of his film 'Chhaava' on February 14. Reflecting on his visit, Kaushal expressed, "I am feeling good. I was waiting to visit Mahakumbh. I am fortunate as I got the opportunity to come here."
Government officials report over 1.47 million devotees bathed at Triveni Sangam on Thursday, including 500,000 Kalpavasis and 979,000 pilgrims. This year's Mahakumbh, renowned for gathering attendees from around the globe, commenced on January 13 and has attracted 482.9 million participants as of February 12.
