The remarks by Allahbadia, known for his 'BeerBiceps' YouTube channel, were deemed offensive, sparking a wave of public condemnation. These comments, made on comedian Samay Raina's since-deleted show 'India's Got Latent', have been the subject of numerous complaints, prompting official probes.

Both police departments have issued summons for Allahbadia's appearance. Meanwhile, the Assam police team wants to interrogate him regarding a case registered in Guwahati for alleged obscenity on a public platform. As investigations continue, involved parties and other show participants have been asked to provide statements.
