Chris Martin's Mahakumbh Experience Amid India-UK Trade Talks

Coldplay's Chris Martin visited the Mahakumbh in Prayagraj earlier this month, facilitated by Union Minister Piyush Goyal, amid trade talks between India and the UK. Martin, alongside Dakota Johnson, sought spiritual experiences while Indian and UK officials discussed economic collaborations.

Coldplay's lead singer, Chris Martin, had the unique experience of visiting the Mahakumbh in Prayagraj earlier this month, facilitated by Union Minister Piyush Goyal. This visit coincides with the resumption of trade negotiations between India and the UK, announced by Goyal on February 24.

Martin, a prominent British singer, songwriter, and co-founder of the band Coldplay, visited the spiritual site with his fiancée Dakota Johnson. Their visit was part of a personal quest to experience the spiritual grandeur of the Mahakumbh and to take a dip at the famous Triveni Sangam.

Union Minister Goyal detailed his involvement in arranging Martin's trip while in Brussels, underscoring the alignment of interests between his meeting with the EU and progress in UK-India trade talks. He expressed optimism about advancing economic partnerships between the two countries.
