Celebrating Excellence: Secure and Inclusive Workplace Awards 2024-2025

CecureUs announces the winners of the Secure and Inclusive Workplace Awards 2024-2025, recognizing organizations prioritizing inclusivity, employee wellness, and safety. This year, 127 nominations were narrowed to 23 winners, celebrating achievements in diversity, mental health, and harassment-free work environments across India.

CecureUs has unveiled the winners of its Secure and Inclusive Workplace Awards for 2024-2025. The awards, now in their fourth edition, honor corporate excellence in fostering inclusive and safe work cultures across India. This year's competition saw an overwhelming 127 nominations from top companies nationwide.

After a comprehensive evaluation process, 23 organizations were recognized for leadership in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), mental health support, and workplace safety. Categories included the Inclusive Workplace, Healthy Workplace, and PoSH Safe Workplace Awards, with winners ranging from Apollo Health to Zuci Systems and DK Publishing.

Speaking about the awards, CecureUs Founder Viji Hari emphasized the importance of modern workplaces that prioritize diversity, wellness, and safety, a mission CecureUs continues to champion through its programs. The awards aim to set benchmarks in these critical areas and inspire other businesses to adopt progressive practices.
