In a recent development, Maharashtra minister Yogesh Kadam stated on Monday that the authorities are tracing the whereabouts of stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra.
Kamra is under scrutiny for allegedly making defamatory remarks against Deputy CM Eknath Shinde during his performance at the Habitat Studio in Mumbai's Khar area.
The minister affirmed that strict legal action would be pursued, while also condemning the vandalism by Shiv Sena workers at the venue. Meanwhile, the police have filed an FIR against Kamra and arrested a dozen individuals connected to the incident.
