The French Patisserie competition's third edition is set to unfold in Bengaluru from May 13 to 19, as announced by the Consulate General of France. This culinary contest shines a spotlight on French pastry excellence, emphasizing the cultural exchange between France and India through its delectable creations.
Approximately 50 professional pastry chefs hailing from Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Kolkata will battle it out in the semi-finals. The prestigious event will culminate with the top 16 finalists facing off in the grand finale on June 10, at Le Cordon Bleu Gurugram in Gurgaon, Haryana.
Bengaluru's semi-finals will be judiciously evaluated by Marc Lamy, Consul General of France in Bengaluru; celebrated Chef Manu Chandra of Lupa; and Vianney Meynier from Business France. Participants will exhibit their talents and technical skillfulness, crafting exquisite French pastries with premium ingredients provided by sponsors.
