A devastating explosion rocked a fireworks manufacturing unit in Naranapuram, Sivakasi district, leading to three tragic fatalities and injuring three more workers on Monday.
Authorities reported that the blast occurred due to friction between chemicals while the workers were making crackers. Professional emergency responders quickly arrived to douse the flames. The injured were promptly taken to Sivakasi Government Hospital. A police investigation is currently underway.
