Speaking during a civic reception in Lucknow, Shukla highlighted the growing enthusiasm for India's space achievements among the public.

He emphasized that the celebration of National Space Day, although only two years old, has already energized the nation. Citing India's rapid advancements and a successful mission to the International Space Station (ISS), Shukla believes that ISRO's recognition on the world stage is imminent.

Shukla's visit to Lucknow, following his 18-day mission aboard the ISS as part of the Axiom-4 initiative, witnessed heartfelt celebrations. His mission involved conducting 60 scientific experiments, amplifying India's potential in space research. He fondly noted interactions with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and inspiring conversations with aspiring young astronauts.
