TTD Announces New Temple for Devotees in Belagavi
The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) board has approved a new temple in Belagavi to benefit devotees from North Karnataka, Goa, and Maharashtra. The temple, constructed through the Srivani Trust, aims to provide local access to Lord Venkateswara's blessings. TTD chairman B R Naidu will soon visit the site.

The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) board has announced plans for a new temple in Belagavi, which aims to cater to devotees from North Karnataka, Goa, and Maharashtra. The construction is expected to simplify access to Lord Venkateswara's blessings for those in the region.
The announcement came from TTD board member S Naresh Kumar during a press briefing at Sri Venkateswara Temple in Malleswaram. The resolution for the new temple was passed at a board meeting held on September 16, Kumar revealed.
In alignment with other temples established across the country, the proposed Belagavi site, near Suvarna Soudha, will be developed through the Srivani Trust. TTD chairman B R Naidu plans an upcoming visit to Belagavi to inspect the site and manage the following stages of development.
