In an ambitious move, the Rajasthan government has launched its Developed Rajasthan @2047 Vision Document. This strategic plan aligns with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's goal of a fully developed India by 2047, outlining a path for Rajasthan to reach new heights.
The vision aims to build a $4.3 trillion economy, with a strong emphasis on agriculture, industry, tourism, and renewable energy. It strives for world-class infrastructure, universal literacy, accessible healthcare, sustainable water resources, and the empowerment of women and youth.
Structured around four key themes and 13 sectors, the document sets mid-term milestones for 2030, 2035, and 2040. These targets include raising the manufacturing sector's share in GSVA, improving life expectancy, and boosting women's workforce participation and the state's domestic tourism share significantly.
