Innovative Culinary Collaboration: GloballyGI Teams Up with IIT Kharagpur

A delegation from GloballyGI visited IIT Kharagpur to explore collaboration in food, health, and well-being. The visit emphasized sustainable innovations and discussed setting up a Centre of Excellence. GloballyGI aims to redefine culinary experiences using GI-tagged food products, promoting diverse flavors and traditions nationwide.

A team of six from GloballyGI, spearheaded by Founder K Krishnaiah, visited IIT Kharagpur to explore collaborative opportunities in food, health, and well-being.

During their visit on October 26, the group engaged in detailed discussions with IIT Kharagpur's faculty regarding sustainable and disruptive innovations at the crossroads of technology and food.

The prospective GloballyGI–IIT KGP Centre of Excellence on Food, Health and Wellbeing was discussed, with Director Suman Chakraborty backing the initiative as part of the institute’s Platinum Jubilee goals.
