In a groundbreaking move, the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has announced plans to create India's first 'Multi-Purpose Indoor Live Entertainment Arena' in Navi Mumbai. This innovative project aims to elevate the city's profile as a global entertainment destination.
Invoking inspirations from iconic venues such as Madison Square Garden in New York and The O2 Arena in London, the arena will cater to both seated and standing audiences, with a capacity of 20,000 and 25,000 respectively. The project highlights CIDCO's initiative to redefine the entertainment landscape in the country.
The arena is designed to host a wide array of events, including mega concerts, international sports, cultural festivals, and immersive productions, providing a versatile venue for diverse entertainment experiences. An Expression of Interest (EOI) for the project is now available, with a deadline set for December 30, 2025.
