Farrhana Bhatt, the runner-up of Bigg Boss 19, recently revealed the humorous yet valuable lessons she gained during her time on the popular reality show. In conversation with ANI, Farrhana shared that the experience taught her the significance of taking a ten-second pause before reacting, a practice she plans to incorporate into her daily life.

Interestingly, Farrhana had faced an early eviction from the show but later made a surprise re-entry thanks to the secret room twist, an exciting revelation she was unaware of initially. 'I was taken aback by my return. I didn't even realize that the audience was watching me until much later,' she admitted.

Stand-up comedian Pranit More, the second runner-up, also discussed his learnings during his time in the Bigg Boss house. He emphasized the importance of confronting issues rather than harboring complaints, noting that addressing problems head-on brought him peace of mind. Meanwhile, actor Gaurav Khanna emerged as the winner, securing the coveted trophy and Rs 50 lakh prize.
