He highlighted India's stable institutions and professional armed forces as cornerstones of military strength, in contrast to reactive adjustments seen elsewhere.

The Chief of Defence Staff also pointed out that embracing technological advancements and strategic reforms will be crucial as warfare undergoes significant transformation.
