Jason Momoa, known for his role in the original 'A Minecraft Movie', has provided fans with highly anticipated news about its sequel. Production for the film is expected to kick off by the end of April, according to Momoa's appearance on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon'.

Momoa, who played gamer icon Garrett 'The Garbage Man' Garrison, expressed his excitement over the new script. 'The script is even better. I was laughing out loud,' he admitted, adding a notable contrast to his reaction to the first film's script. Directed by Jared Hess, the sequel is aiming for a release on July 23, 2027.
