The enchanting landscapes of Kerala, captured through the lens of leading photographers, are now on display in Ahmedabad. 'Lenscape Kerala,' organized by the southern state's tourism department, offers visitors a chance to explore the vibrant culture, serene waters, and diverse wildlife of Kerala without leaving the city.
Inaugurated by classical dancer Mallika Sarabhai, the event aims to bridge the cultural gap between Kerala and Gujarat, showcasing around 100 photographs curated by art critic Uma Nair. Director of Photography Balan Madhavan ensures that each image tells a story of Kerala's diverse landscapes and customs.
Featuring works of photographers like Natasha Kartar Hemrajani and Umesh Gogna, this project highlights Kerala's natural beauty and heritage. Following its Ahmedabad debut, the exhibition will travel across major Indian cities, with promising work reflecting rural life, architecture, and spirituality.
