Diksha Dagar will spearhead India's five-member contingent at the Joburg Ladies Open, set to commence on Thursday. The tournament is co-sanctioned by the Ladies European Tour and the Sunshine Ladies Tour.
Diksha, part of the Tour's top Order of Merit standings with two top-10 finishes this season, will compete alongside Indian compatriots Avani Prashanth, Pranavi Urs, Hitaashee Bakshi, and former Sunshine Ladies Tour winner Tvesa Malik. The contingent looks strong, with Golfers like Hitaashee recently returning to form, finishing tied ninth at the Australian WPGA Championship.
Adding local intrigue, the spotlight is also on Casandra Alexander, who tops the Order of Merit and hopes to clinch a home win. Casandra's stellar start in the LET season with two runners-up spots highlights her contention as a top competitor at this event.
