Pirelli Calendar 2027: A Tribute to India Through Raghu Rai's Lens

The Pirelli Calendar 2027 will spotlight India, featuring works by Indian photographer Raghu Rai and Norwegian cameraman Solve Sundsbo. Avani Rai, Raghu's daughter, will also contribute, continuing her father's legacy. The calendar celebrates India's culture and diversity, paying homage to Raghu Rai's impactful vision and photographic achievements.

The Pirelli Calendar for 2027 will bring India into the limelight, with works from legendary Indian photographer Raghu Rai and Norwegian counterpart Solve Sundsbo, Pirelli announced.

Raghu Rai, who dedicated three months to this project before his passing, sought to weave his heritage and vision of India into the calendar through an original series of photographs. His daughter, Avani Rai, an accomplished photographer in her own right, is taking on the mantle to realize his vision.

'My father's work for Pirelli was a tribute to India,' said Avani Rai in a statement. 'Bringing this project to completion feels deeply personal, allowing me to remain connected to his perspective on India.'
