Police was informed about the incident at 6 am.
During investigation, it was learnt that a quarrel broke out between two men over a criminal case involving their friends. Both the men called they are as the sociates after a scuffle, Deputy Commissioner of Police (southeast) Chinmoy Biswal said.
Police said Kadir and one of his friends had allegedly fired at the victims. The matter is being investigated.
