President Kovind visiting Himachal Pradesh for two days

Kovind is visiting Himachal Pradesh for two days from October 29, an official said.

President Ram Nath Kovind is visiting Himachal Pradesh for two days from October 29, an official said on Thursday.

Kovind would confer degrees to the students of Dr Rajendra Prasad Government Medical College in Tanda in Kangra in its first convocation function on October 29. The next day he would visit the state capital and preside over the Himachal Pradesh University convocation function.

This is Kovind's second visit to the hill state after becoming the President. He came here on a four-day trip in May.
