Taiwan congratulates ruling party's Pena on winning Paraguay election

Taiwan's embassy in Paraguay congratulated Paraguay's conservative ruling party candidate Santiago Pena for winning the country's election on Sunday.

"We will continue to work on this fruitful relationship of prosperity partners," the embassy said in a short statement on its Facebook page.
