BofA Global Research cuts euro area economic growth forecast

BofA Global Research on Friday cut its 2023 economic growth forecast for the euro area by 10 basis points to 0.5% due to the region's energy crisis shock and monetary policy tightening causing sluggish growth.

BofA also cut its 2024 forecast for the euro area by 20 bps to 0.5%.
