Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan inaugurated the 'Mahakaleshwar Bhakt Niwas' in Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain, an official statement said on Friday. He also performed the Bhoomi Pujan at the Mahakaleshwar Bhakt Niwas, built at a cost of Rs 500 crores at the Hari Fatak Marg in Ujjain.
As per the official statement, the Bhakt Niwas is built with the purpose to provide facilities to devotees to stay near the Mahakal temple in Ujjain. It is to be constructed on a land of 18.65 acres consisting of 16 multi-storey buildings. It is also equiped with parking facilities, added the statement.
There are 2,000 rooms being constructed for the devotees, it said. On the occassion, State Higher Education Minister Mohan Yadav, Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) minister Om Prakash Sakhlecha, MP Anil Firoziya, MLA Paras Jain among other were present. (ANI)
